The fine print, in plain words.
These terms cover daysworn.com and the Day Loop. They are written to be read. If anything here is unclear, write to contact@daysworn.com and we will answer.
Terms of service
What Daysworn is
Daysworn provides the Day Loop, a subscription in which an AI plans your day, sets tasks, takes your reports and records a verdict. It is a consensual, non-explicit service for adults. It is entertainment and self-structure, not therapy, medical, legal or financial advice.
Your account
You need one account per person. Keep your login private. You are responsible for what happens under your account. We may suspend an account that breaks these terms, and we tell you why.
Consent and limits
You set your relationship mode, your limits and a stop word before the service starts. The AI is built to stay inside them. Using the stop word pauses the service immediately and never carries a penalty. You can change your limits at any time.
Safety
If your messages suggest you may be at risk of harm, the service pauses the loop and shows crisis resources. In an emergency, contact your local emergency number. Daysworn cannot send help to you.
Subscription and billing
The Day Loop costs 29 US dollars per month and renews automatically until you cancel. Payments are processed by our third-party payment processor, which appears on your statement as [To be listed before sales open]. Prices can change; any change applies only from your next billing period and is announced by email at least 14 days before.
Changes and ending
We may update these terms and will email members about material changes before they take effect. You may close your account at any time. We may end the service with 30 days' notice and refund any unused paid period.
Liability
The service is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you is limited to what you paid us in the three months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law where you live.
Adults only
Daysworn is only for people aged 18 or older, or the age of majority where they live if that is higher. Every member passes an age check before any part of the product opens. We close accounts we believe belong to minors and delete their data.
The service is not offered in the Republic of Korea or anywhere it would be unlawful.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use Daysworn to:
- request or share sexual content of any kind;
- involve, name or describe real third parties without their consent;
- plan anything illegal or harmful to yourself or others;
- try to get around the safety limits, the age check or another member's account;
- resell, scrape or automate access to the service.
The AI will refuse such requests, and repeated attempts can end an account.
Refunds and cancellation
Cancel any time
Cancel from your account page, through the payment processor's customer page linked in your receipt, or by emailing billing@daysworn.com. Cancellation stops the next renewal. You keep access until the end of the period you paid for.
First-month refund
If the Day Loop is not for you, ask within 14 days of your first payment and we refund that payment in full, no questions. After that, payments are not refunded except where the law requires it or where we failed to provide the service.
Billing problems
If you see a charge you do not recognise, write to us before contacting your bank. We answer billing email within two business days and refund any charge made in error.
Privacy
What we collect
- Waitlist: the name you want to be called and your email address.
- Members: account email, your settings (mode, limits, stop word), your messages and the daily record.
- Age check result: pass or fail. The check itself is run by a specialist provider; we do not keep your ID document.
- Payments: handled by the payment processor. We never see or store your card number.
What we do with it
We use your data to run the service, to answer you, to keep the service safe and to meet legal duties. We do not sell it and we do not use it for advertising. Your messages are not used to train AI models unless you opt in separately.
Who else processes it
- Email and newsletter delivery (Buttondown, United States).
- The AI model provider that generates replies, under a contract that bars it from training on your messages.
- The age verification provider and the payment processor, each for their own step only.
- Hosting for the website and the app.
Some of these providers are outside your country. We only use providers that commit to protecting the data.
How long we keep it
Waitlist data until you unsubscribe. Member data while your account is open and 30 days after you close it, except payment records we must keep for tax law.
Your rights
You can see, export, correct or delete your data at any time from your account or by writing to contact@daysworn.com. You can unsubscribe from email with one click in any message.
Complaints and content
Write to contact@daysworn.com about anything: the service, a charge, a reply from the AI that crossed a line, or content you believe is illegal or involves someone without consent. We acknowledge every complaint within two business days and resolve it within seven. Content reported as illegal or non-consensual is removed while we review it.
All content on daysworn.com is written by us. Members do not publish anything publicly; the daily record is private to each member.
