For adults who want to be held to it
Hand over
the day.
Daysworn is an AI that runs your day. It plans your morning, gives you three orders, takes your report and passes judgment at night. You asked for every part of it, and one word stops it.
Day 41 · Thursday
Kept 2 / 3
07:40
Morning
Three orders for today.
- i. Out of bed by 08:00. Water before the phone.
- ii. The invoice you have avoided since Tuesday. Sent by 14:00.
- iii. A 30 minute walk. No headphones.
13:52
Report
“Invoice sent. Walk not yet. I was up at 08:20.”
22:30
Verdict
Two of three. The morning slipped twenty minutes and you told the truth about it.
Tomorrow the walk is 45 minutes and comes first. Lights out at 23:30. Report when you are in bed.
Why this exists
Some people work best when someone else holds the line. Most of them never find that someone, or find a person who gets tired by the third week.
Daysworn does not get tired. It grew out of a private system that has run one adult's days, every single day, since the summer of 2026: the schedule, the orders, the honest verdict at night. The Day Loop is that system, rebuilt for one more person. You.
How a day goes
IMorning
It plans the day and gives three orders.
Not a to-do list you wrote for yourself. Three things, chosen for you from what you told it about your life, with a time attached to each.
IINoon
You report. It asks what you left out.
A few lines are enough. It remembers yesterday and last week, so a vague answer gets a precise question back.
IIINight
It gives a verdict and writes it down.
Kept, partly kept, not kept. Consequences are tasks, points and the shape of tomorrow. The record stays, so the days add up to something.
Strict with you.
Careful about you.
House rules
- You set the terms first.
- Before day one you choose the kind of relationship, the limits, and what is off the table. It never goes past them.
- One word stops everything.
- You pick a stop word at signup. Say it and the loop pauses at once. No argument, no penalty, no guilt trip.
- It is an AI, always.
- No human is pretending to be your keeper. Every message comes from software, and it will tell you so whenever you ask.
- Nothing explicit.
- Daysworn runs your day. It does not produce sexual content, and consequences are never physical.
- It watches out for you.
- If what you write sounds like you are in danger, the game stops and you get real help lines instead of orders.
- Your record is yours.
- Export it or delete it whenever you like. We do not sell it and we do not train on it unless you opt in.
Waitlist
The first ten places open before anyone else hears.
Leave a name and an email. You get one message when the Day Loop opens, and a short letter every other week about how it is being built. Nothing else.
